Cliff Creel, Ph.D., with over 35 years managing people and projects, offers a seminar in software project management. He will show you how to deliver your projects on time, on budget and on specification.

The essence of this seminar is practical, down to earth experience. Although the basics of good project management are presented in a very organized, easy to follow manner, the emphasis throughout the seminar is on real world situations - how to make it all work in your company. This is not theory, but lessons learned in managing real projects.

Cliff's system, called PMC, emphasizes three areas of project management.

Plan a project to maximize success.
Monitor a project to detect issues before they become major problems.
Control a project by acting quickly, decisively and correctly.

This seminar is offered at your site for as many people as you wish to attend. Although a group of less than 30 is optimal for discussion.

Each participant receives a 130+ page color book containing all copies of the slides presented, as well as supporting documents. A real project plan is included in the seminar book along with sample documents for coding standards and a user interface style guide.
